XPlatus may provide content recommendations, KOL discovery and rankings, project discovery, social signals, marketplace intelligence, on-chain intelligence, automated evaluations, and related research tools.
We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services from time to time.
Eligibility
You may use the Services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and are permitted to use the Services under applicable law.

XPlatus provides information, analytics, research, and discovery tools only.
XPlatus does not provide financial, investment, trading, legal, or tax advice. Nothing available through the Services constitutes an offer, solicitation, endorsement, or recommendation to buy, sell, mint, hold, or otherwise transact in any cryptocurrency, NFT, token, or other digital asset.
Any decision you make based on information available through XPlatus is made at your own discretion and risk.
You should conduct your own research and obtain appropriate professional advice before making financial or investment decisions.
Rankings and Automated Analysis
XPlatus may use algorithms, artificial intelligence, statistical methods, social signals, engagement data, marketplace information, blockchain information, and other inputs to analyze, filter, categorize, rank, or recommend content, authors, KOLs, and projects.
These outputs are analytical signals and not statements of fact, endorsements, investment ratings, or guarantees.
A ranking, score, recommendation, or other signal does not guarantee the legitimacy, quality, safety, future performance, or value of any author, project, NFT, token, or other digital asset.
Automated and AI-assisted systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unexpected results. You should independently verify information before relying on it.
Third-Party Data and Services
XPlatus relies on information obtained from public and third-party sources, which may include social platforms, marketplaces, blockchain networks, blockchain indexers, APIs, and project websites.

Digital Asset Risks
Digital assets, including cryptocurrencies and NFTs, involve substantial risk.
Such risks may include significant price volatility, loss of value, lack of liquidity, fraud, scams, market manipulation, smart contract vulnerabilities, protocol failures, cybersecurity incidents, inaccurate project information, and regulatory changes.
XPlatus does not execute transactions on your behalf, act as a broker or investment adviser, or guarantee the legitimacy or performance of any digital asset or project.
You are solely responsible for decisions involving digital assets and for understanding the associated risks.
Accounts
Certain Services may require an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

We may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary.

XPlatus and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services and XPlatus-owned materials, including our software, interfaces, designs, branding, databases, proprietary data structures, ranking systems, analytical methodologies, and original content.
These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Availability and Changes

XPlatus makes no warranty that the Services, rankings, recommendations, automated analyses, third-party data, social information, marketplace information, or blockchain information will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XPlatus and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, digital assets, or investment value arising from or related to your use of the Services.
XPlatus is not responsible for losses arising from reliance on rankings, recommendations, automated analysis, third-party information, social media information, blockchain data, marketplace information, or decisions involving digital assets.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XPlatus's aggregate liability arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to XPlatus during the twelve months preceding the claim or US$100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services where we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, created a security or operational risk, engaged in unlawful activity, or caused or may cause harm to XPlatus, its users, or third parties.
